1. Prices are in CHF, including 8.1% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
2. For orders over CHF 550, shipping in Switzerland is included.
3. Only persons of legal age may place orders.

6. Payment terms: 14 days strictly net.
7. We reserve the right to make deliveries cash on delivery or against advance payment.

9. Shipping will take place within 14 days of the order. Shipping is done by shipping companies.

11. Complaints, defects or notices of defects will only be accepted in writing within 7 days.
12. Goods returns require our written consent and can only be considered up to 7 days from the delivery date. If there is no fault on our part, 10% of the value of the goods plus shipping costs will be charged for the inconvenience.
13. The customer must report any transport damage to the respective transport company.
14. Your data will only be used for the business transaction and will not be passed on to third parties.
15. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
