This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland. All data processed in connection with the hosting service (see “Access Data” below) therefore remains on Swiss servers; no data is transferred to third countries.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not guarantee the absolute security of your personal data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability and any claims for damages in connection with third-party or unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification. Web Analytics with Matomo
We use Matomo, an on-premises web analytics software, to statistically analyze website usage (e.g., page views, referral sources, time spent on the site). Unlike third-party analytics services, Matomo runs on our own infrastructure, which is hosted in Switzerland. No usage data is transmitted to third-party servers or abroad; we no longer use Google Analytics or similar third-party services.
Matomo collects data only after you have consented to the “Analytics” category in the cookie banner. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 31(1) DSG).
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, or any other external font service. Therefore, no data is transmitted to third parties when the fonts are loaded.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the information you provide (email address, optional name) solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The newsletter is sent via the newsletter service provided by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland—also without any data being transferred abroad.
Registration is done using the double-opt-in process: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email and must actively confirm your registration. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 31(1) DSG). Each newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link that you can use to revoke your consent at any time, effective for the future. Your data will be stored until you unsubscribe.
Revocations, Changes, Corrections, and Updates
You have the right to request, free of charge, information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and to have your personal data deleted, provided that no statutory retention requirement precludes this. Storage / Retention Period for Your Personal Data
The retention period for your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data was collected and for which we process it.
