The word mark “Smolball” and the official Smolball logo (figurative mark/word-and-figurative mark) are legally protected trademarks registered with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE / Swissreg).
All rights to these marks are reserved exclusively by the lawful trademark owner. Without the express written consent of the trademark owner, third parties are prohibited from:
- To use the name “Smolball” or the Smolball logo for commercial purposes, offers, or promotional materials;
- To use the logo in an altered, distorted, or imitated form;
- To offer or advertise sports activities, classes, tournaments, or products using this brand.
